You can return a physical product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the EU right of withdrawal. To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging where possible.
Email karina.wac@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. You will then receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Consider using a tracked shipping method, since Karina Werner cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once the returned item is received and checked, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The original shipping cost is refunded only if the item was faulty or incorrect.
Digital products are delivered instantly by download and are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, except where the file is faulty, corrupted, or does not match the product description. If that happens, email karina.wac@gmail.com and it will be resolved with a corrected file or a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email karina.wac@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo of the item. It will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
